The u/11s hosted Rowville at home on the weekend and had an outstanding win.
ALL the boys played a big part in the win, did everything they were asked and held tight in last quarter.
Well done to Jack Rule, 3 goals, Billy, Ben and Blake for hard work, Jacob and Jordy for hard running.
The club also welcomes newcomers Oliver and Lauchan into the team, and congratulations to Ben on 50 games.

Under 14 Match Report: North Ringwood v Eastern Lions |

We played a far stronger Nth Ringwood side at Quambee reserve than the one we played in round 3 at home and the score’s show. Two of our guns, Zac & Jarran, collided during the opening minutes of the game in a contest for the ball which resulted in both being taken off to check their fitness. With no replacements available, team structure had to be changed and North Ringwood kicked 4 unanswered goals in the 1st quarter.
After a slow start everyone and I mean everyone dug in and played a solid game. Some great plays – tackles by Zac & Riley, contested marks by Jarran, Max & Keiren and Chris, Jared & Alex’s whole game effort made it hard to nominate best players.
Despite the loss, everyone should be proud of the effort put in for the second half - there were a lot of sore bodies and bruises at game’s end. We just need to apply that effort for whole game…
